US SPEC's commitment to innovative products and new product development has ressulted in several new products introduced this year. 

HP SEALER is a revolutionary new sealer that provides excellent sealing and protection for concrete surfaces.  This sealer has great adhesion and durability with excellent resistance to food stains, water, oil and solvents.  HP Sealer was developed for compatibility with the new generation of highly power troweled and polished concrete floors prevalent in restaurants, warehouse stores and shopping malls.

PERMALITH is another concrete sealing product designed to react with the concrete to reduce porosity and premeability of the concrete matrix.  This serves to increase the hardness and chemical resistance of the concrete slab, thus increasing the service life.  Permalith is a water-based lithium silicate solution toat provides significant advantages when used in place of sodium or potassium silicates including ease of application, ease of cleaning and better penetration.

F3 is a restoration and repair product that is designed for use in interior and exterior applications from featheredge to 3".  F3 is polymer modified and ideal for a wide variety of concrete surface repairs.  It will accept foot traffic within 10 to 12 hours.

PWR-10 is a penetrating water-based silane/siloxane water repellent. This product is used as a high quality, general purpose water repellent for impregnating concrete or masonry to provide long term weatherproof protection. This product is ready to use and easily applied.
