One Time Re-Emulsifiable Bonding Agent

Purpose:
Multicoat is a liquid bonding agent. Multicoat has a high strength in dry film and provides a better wet bond than acrylic or PVA products. It will re-emulsify once and afterwards, will not re-wet. Use for interior and exterior applications not subject to water immersion.
