Purpose:
EPG 2000 is a three-component, 100% solids, high performance epoxy machine grout developed for the support of heavy equipment. The system combines a high quality epoxy resin and curing agent with an engineered blend of graded aggregates to produce a flowing grout with even aggregate distribution. EPG 2000 is unique from other epoxy grouts in that it can be mixed to three different consistencies. When properly placed and cured, EPG 2000 provides a durable surface with resistance to chemicals, vibration and dynamic loads commonly subjected to equipment foundations.
Uses:
Support for high stress applications found in heavy industry.
