Purpose: Gelbond NS Fast is a two component, solvent-free, moisture insensitive, high strength, fast setting structural epoxy adhesive. Gelbond NS Fast combines a long working time of 20 minutes, while also providing an anchor that can be loaded in as little as 2 hours (at 75ºF).
Uses: Structural bonding , grouting, security caulk, as a mortar binder, seal ports and cracks and repair cracks.
Suggested Applications:
Stuctural bonding of concrete, masonry, metals and wood to glue line up to 1/8"
Grouting dowels, anchors, rebar, bolts and metal anchors
Security caulk for detainment facilities
Epoxy mortar binder for concrete repair
Sealing ports and cracks for epoxy injection

¹Working Time: Elapsed time at which adhesive in the nozzle begins to increase in viscosity from a flowable material to a non-movable semi-solid. ²Bolt-Up Time: Length of time required to apply the allowable load to the anchor (25% of ultimate load)
Note: Gel, working and bolt-up times lengthen as temperatures decrease and shorten as temperatures increase.
