Purpose:
Bondcoat PVA can be used to bond patching materials, grouts, mortars, cementitious coatins and gypsum plasters.  Bondcoat PVA exhibits high strength in dry film and good adhesion due to its re-emulsification properties when bonding new cement products to old in areas not subject to water exposure.
