Dura-25

Bonding agent and admixture

Purpose:
Dura-25 is a next generation cement bonding agent and admixture that is specifically formulated to increase the flexural, bond and early and overall compressive strength of modified mixes.  Both lab testing and field applications show increased performance in these key areas.  By increasing these strengths, more durable, long lasting patches will be achieved.  While traditional types of bonding agents (Acrylic, PVA, EVA) definitely improve the performance characterisitcs of patching mortars, Dura-25 utilizes the latest innovative technology to date to surpass these common materials.  Dura-25 can be used as an admixture to greatly enhance the adhesion of cement mortars as well as improve resistance to oil, water, salt and chemical penetration.  Dura-25 exhibits excellent resistance to freeze/thaw cycles and can be used for interior or exterior applications.

Benefits:

Durable: Increase tensile strength, flexural strength and chemical resistance over non-modified mortars
Curing: Increase water retention properties
Excellent Bonding Agent: Superior adhesion properties
Freeze/thaw resistance
