Purpose: PWR is a water-based, solventless emulsion of silane and siloxane (10% active content) to be used as a high quality, general purpose water repellent for impregnating concrete or masonry to provide long term weatherproof protection. PWR reduces the capillary absorption of the structure which it has penetrated, but does not clog pores or capillaries. There is therefore little or no impairment of the structure's ability to breathe. Usage of the product increases concrete and masonry service life as it prevents attack by moisture, chloride ions and other alkalis as well as inhibiting efflorescence and spalling due to freeze-thaw cycles. PWR is ready to use from the container and is applied by simple "flooding" technique.
Uses:
  | Excellent water repellent for many substrates including brick, concrete, masonry, stucco and natural sandstone |
  | Different from membrane forming sealers, PWR is a penetrating sealer that allows the substrate to breathe |
