The pour back area on this tilt up project experienced a normal condition with concrete called "checking."

The problem was that the floor was being cleaned 3X a day, which highlighted the cracks.  In order to fix this, the contractor used Quickset, but eliminated any aggregate, in order for the material to penetrate the tiny cracks.  The next day after application, a silane was used to limit moisture penetration.
