A common mistake by contractors is placing a sacking material in the rain or having it rain soon after material is placed. This can cause the polymers to leach out.
Possible solutions are:
- Seal or paint the wall prior to rain
- Try rubbing with a stiff bristle brush
- Try cleaning with solution of water and vinegar 1:1
