Cold Weather Concrete Placement

This photo is a slab that was poured in cold weather and had concrete curing blankets placed over it. These markings are very common when using plastic or curing blankets. The markings occur when the blanket touches the concrete. These markings will appear less noticeable when dry and more so when wet.
