The following photos are of a retail location that needed to extend a stair landing to add clearance for an ADA compliant chair lift. The repair was a new steel pan that needed to be filled with concrete. US SPEC Transpatch was selected for a fill material due to its ease of application and rapid set time. The repair started at 7am and the surface was open to retail traffic by 9am. US SPEC Hydrasheen was applied as a cure and seal after troweling was complete.
