The Hyundai Motor Corporation Corporate Headquarters has been located in California since 1985. As the fifth largest automotive company in the world, Hyundai oversees the business of around 800 dealerships nationwide. Due to business growth, the company has decided to build a new $200 million dollar, six-story corporate headquarters. The new building will include a 500,000 sq. foot tower for floor and garage space. This will be a large upgrade from the current 220,000 sq. foot structure. The capacity of the new building will allow for employee growth from 700 to around 1,400.
