Keystone Hotel Group, a hotel investment, development and management firm, has converted a vacant downtown Cincinnati office building into a TownePlace Suites by Marriot.  Through the design and construction process, historic elements were maintained and restored such as the exterior stone facades, bank vaults, interior marble veneers and stairs.  The contractor used three US SPEC products on both the interior and exterior of this project.
