This historic factory, originally built in the early 1900s, is being turned into a brewery and mixed use space.  After sitting vacant for decades, the contractors chose US SPEC STR Mortar for structural concrete repairs. 

Denver Union Station - 321

On July 30, 2010, the US Department of Transportation announced that the station had received a $300 million grant to construct three light-rail tracks and eight heavy-rail tracks for both intercity and commuter rail serves, as well as additional storage and servicing capabilities.

TownePlace Suites

Keystone Hotel Group, a hotel investment, development and management firm, has converted a vacant downtown Cincinnati office building into a TownePlace Suites by Marriot.  Through the design and construction process, historic elements were maintained and restored such as the exterior stone facades, bank vaults, interior marble veneers and stairs.  The contractor used three US SPEC products on both the interior and exterior of this project.

Westfield Town Center Mall - H2

Orginally constructed in 1983, Westfield Palm Desert, a mall located in Palm Desert California, has expanded over 200,000 square-feet on the past 30 years. A recent expansion and renovation included the addition of four large department stores and several restaurants.
